How we handle your information.
Information we keep
To provide the service we keep: your client account details (name, email address and billing details) and invoices; your VPN username; the devices you sign in with (device name and an app-generated device ID) so we can apply your device limit; and the time you connect and disconnect, so we can show your account status and keep the service working fairly.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the content of your internet traffic for advertising.
Payments
Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose (for example PayPal). We do not store your full card details.
Your choices
You can update your details in the client area at any time. To close your account or ask about your data, open a support ticket.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
